What we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.

What we collect

To take an order: your name, email, delivery and billing address. Payment card details go straight to Stripe and never reach our servers.

If you use the stylist, the answers you give and only if you choose to give it your email, so we can send your match.

Analytics only if you agree to it. Decline and we do not set analytics cookies at all.

We only email you marketing if you asked us to. Every marketing email has a working unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately.

Order confirmations and shipping notices are not marketing you get those because you bought something.

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us and we will action it.

We keep order records for as long as tax and accounting rules require, which means a deletion request cannot always remove a past order.
