Orders
An order is accepted when we confirm it by email, not when you submit it. If something has sold out between your order and our confirmation, we will tell you and refund you in full.
Prices
Prices are shown in your selected currency and are held separately per currency we do not convert at checkout. The price you see is the price you pay, plus tax and shipping shown before you confirm.
Custom pieces
A piece made to your specification is made for you alone and cannot be resold, so it is not returnable except where it is faulty or not as agreed. We will always confirm the specification with you in writing first.
Business details
Registered entity name, company number, registered address and support contact are being confirmed and will appear here before launch.
