Terms & Conditions

An order is accepted when we confirm it by email, not when you submit it. If something has sold out between your order and our confirmation, we will tell you and refund you in full.

Please review your order carefully before submitting payment. Once production has started, changes or cancellations may not be accepted.

Prices are shown in US dollars. The price you see is the price you pay, plus sales tax and shipping, both shown before you confirm.

Flexible installment payment options are available at checkout through our payment partners, such as Klarna and Afterpay, subject to their approval and terms.

Custom wig orders require approximately 8–14 business days for processing, which begins once payment has been received and does not include shipping time. See our Processing time and shipping policy.

All custom wigs and customized orders are final sale. Because each unit is made to your selected specifications, we cannot accept returns, exchanges or cancellations once production has begun. See our Return & Exchange Policy.

We ship nationwide. You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout; we are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

Registered entity name, company number, registered address and support contact are being confirmed and will appear here before launch.

By proceeding with your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the Terms & Conditions for Custom Wigs at Debbieluxuryhair.

If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our Customer Service Team at hello@debbieluxuryhair.com. We are always happy to assist you.

Thank you for choosing Debbieluxuryhair despite all the options available to you. We truly appreciate your trust, love, and support. ❤️
