Processing time and shipping policy

At Debbieluxuryhair, custom wig orders require approximately 8–14 business days for processing.

Processing time begins after payment has been successfully received and does not include shipping time.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

Please review all processing and shipping times carefully before placing your order.

We ship nationwide.

Orders are shipped after processing is completed. Once your custom wig has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number, allowing you to monitor your package throughout the delivery process.

Every order goes by USPS. You choose the service at checkout — Ground Advantage, Priority Mail, or Priority Mail Express — and the price you see is the live USPS rate for your address.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. Debbieluxuryhair is not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Sales tax of 8.25% is added to every order. It is shown on its own line in your cart and again at checkout, so the total you confirm is the total you pay.

Sales tax is charged on the items themselves. Postage is passed through at what USPS charges us.
